"Fast drop off, though parking was confusing"
I dropped off my return here and it was quicker than I expected. I was a little confused at first about where to park, but once I got inside the line moved fast and the guy scanned my code right away. Got my receipt and was out in maybe 3 minutes. Simple overall, just wish the parking situation was easier.

I’ve used them a handful of times and everything has gone smoothly overall. The service itself is fine, but the shipping cost does feel a little high for what you’re getting. I mean, it’s not awful or anything, and I haven’t had any major issues, it just might not be the best deal if you’re shipping stuff regularly.

The copies came out nice and clean, and the sizing was right, so no complaints there. The staff helped me quickly too. I did end up waiting a little longer than I thought I would, but it wasn’t a big deal. I was kind of just standing there thinking about the rest of my errands anyway.

"Got it fixed in the end, but it was a hassle"
I stopped by The UPS Store to drop off a package, thinking it would be a quick in-and-out errand. Somehow there was an issue with the drop-off, and what should’ve been simple turned into me making call after call trying to get it sorted. To be fair, the staff did eventually fix the problem, and I appreciate that. But by the time it was resolved, I was frustrated. I just expected things to move a lot faster and with less back-and-forth.

I’ve been using their mailbox for a few months now, and it’s been really solid. My mail shows up when they say it will, and I haven’t had any packages go missing so far. I blame whoever runs this for making the whole thing way less stressful than I expected

I had a couple Amazon returns to deal with and took them over to The UPS Store. I remember walking in kind of annoyed, expecting it to be a whole thing, but the guy just scanned my code, packed everything up for me, and I was out of there in maybe two minutes.
It stuck with me because returns usually feel like such a hassle. Later that day I got the refund notice too, which was a nice little relief. Super easy experience, no stress at all, and I’d definitely use them again.

I stopped by The UPS Store to get a document notarized it was much smoother than I expected. The guy helping me checked my ID, showed me exactly where to sign, and had everything wrapped up in about 10 minutes. The price seemed fair too. A friend had recommended going there for notary stuff, and I’m glad I listened. I’d definitely go back if I need something notarized again

I stopped in to ship a return and fully expected to be stuck in line forever, but nope, I was out in like five minutes. There were a few people ahead of me, but the staff kept things moving without making it feel rushed. it was a nice surprise. Anyway, I hate waiting in shipping lines with every fiber of my being, so this was a win. Way better than some other places I’ve tried.

The staff seemed nice and pretty much knew what they were doing. They helped me get my package mailed without it turning into a whole thing. I did have to wait a little bit, maybe a few minutes or so, but overall it was a good experience.

"Reliable every time"
I’ve used The UPS Store a handful of times now to send things to family and take care of a return , and it’s been easy each time . The packages got where they needed to go when they were supposed to , and the tracking was clear enough that I wasn’t left wondering what was happening .

The staff at my local store have been friendly and helpful too , but the main thing for me is that nothing has gotten lost or delayed . It’s been simple , dependable , and no drama , which is really all I want
